The "HTM Type 2-Axis Continuous Mixing Extruder" achieves high mixing capability beyond that of conventional co-rotating twin-screw extruders, thanks to its high mixing capability banbury mixer type constrained rotor (multiple rotors). (Filler concentration of over 70% is possible) After mixing and vacuum degassing, it allows for low-temperature extrusion with resin temperatures 10 to 20°C lower than conventional twin-screw machines, without over-mixing for single-screw extrusion. Additionally, the use of multiple high-speed rotors enhances the plasticizing ability of the resin, increases the extrusion volume, and allows for flexible control of the resin residence time in the rotor section through a flow control valve, enabling precise adjustment of the mixing degree.
